By using the Offline+ application ("App"), you accept these terms of service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Service Description

Offline+ is a mobile application that provides users the ability to play HTML5-based games offline. The app offers both free and premium content.

3. Usage Conditions

• You may use the app only for personal and non-commercial purposes
• You may not copy, distribute, or modify the app's content
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• You may not use the app for illegal activities
• You may not engage in behavior that negatively affects other users' experience

4. Account Responsibility

You may need to create an account in the app. You are responsible for the security of your account information. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Premium Content and Payments

5.1 Subscription Service

• Monthly Premium Subscription: Provides unlimited access to all games for 30 days
• 3-Day Free Trial: New users can try premium features for 3 days at no cost
• Automatic Renewal: Unless canceled, subscription automatically renews monthly
• Trial Conversion: After the 3-day trial period, subscription automatically converts to paid monthly plan

5.2 In-App Purchases

• Credit Packages: One-time purchases of game credits (1000 credits for $4.99)
• Non-refundable: Credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law

5.3 Payment and Cancellation

• All payments are processed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store
• Subscription management and cancellation is handled through your app store account
• You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law

5.4 Free Trial Terms

• Free trial is available only once per user account
• You must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged
• Trial period starts immediately upon subscription activation
• Premium features remain accessible during the trial period

6. Advertisements

The app may display advertisements to support free content. These advertisements are provided by third-party ad networks and have their own privacy policies.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, design, and other materials in the app are protected by copyright. These rights belong to us or our licensors.

8. Service Interruptions

Service interruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, updates, or other reasons. We do not accept any liability for such interruptions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for damages arising from the use of the app.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

In case of violation of these terms, we may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may change these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified within the app. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.

12. Google Play Billing Policy Compliance

This app complies with Google Play's Payments Policy:

• All in-app purchases are processed through Google Play's billing system
• Subscription renewals and cancellations are managed through your Google Play account
• Users can access subscription management at: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions
• Refund requests are handled according to Google Play's refund policy
• Free trial users will be charged after the trial period unless subscription is canceled
